ACCELERATED HIGH-TECH RADIOTHERAPY DURING
 THE COVID-19

Relevance: COVID-19 impacts the course of cancer depending on status and volume patient vaccination against
 COVID-19.
 The study aimed to assess impact accelerated high-tech radiation therapy oncological process, vaccinations.
 Methods: This quantitative qualitative prospective randomized controlled scientific was conducted as part implementation project, “Innovative approach managing patients with in context COVID pandemic-19,”
 Reg. No. AP13068657. involved 221 patients.
 Results: diagnosed 54/221 (24.4%) participants, 24 (22.4%) standard radiotherapy group, and
 30 (26.3%) experimental group. 49/221 (22.2%) participants were vaccinated. detected in
 one breast group (1.5%) two months after prostate (2.4%)
 four vaccination. Relapse-free survival registered 59 (85.5%) 58 (85.3%) overall 69 (100.0%) 68
 (97.0%) 32 (84.2%) group
 41 (89.1%) among 34 (89.5%) standard
 45 (97.8%) deaths not related COVID-19. average treatment duration for breast
 less by 12.9 days, cancer– 18.2 days.
 Conclusion: In Kazakhstan, 4.8% died 2020-2021. use is justified pandemic. Vaccination can prevent development
